INSERTING YOUR CONTACTS:
Eye health starts with clean hands and a gentle touch.
First, wash your hands, and when you’re done, make sure they’re clean and dry.
Using the hand you write with, hold the lens on the tip of your pointer finger.
With your middle finger on the same hand, pull your lower eyelid down. At the same time, use your pointer finger on your other hand to pull your top lid up.
Look up.
Gently place the lens on the lower white part of your eye.
Remove your pointer finger, and let go of your eyelid.
Close your eyes for a second. The lens will center on your eye.
Repeat these steps for the other lens.
HOW TO TAKE THEM OUT:
First, wash your hands, and when you’re done, make sure they’re clean and dry.
Look up and pull your lower eyelid down with the middle finger of the hand you write with.
Put your index finger on the lower part of the lens.
Slide the lens down into the white part of your eye.
Squeeze the lens gently between your pointer finger and thumb and carefully remove it.
Repeat these steps for the other lens.
To condition, clean, remove protein and disinfect lenses, complete these simple steps:

CONTRAINDICATIONS (Reasons not to use):
There are no known contraindications for use of
renu Advanced Formula
multi-purpose solution. However, if you are allergic to any ingredient in this product, do not use.
WARNINGS:
PROBLEMS WITH CONTACT LENSES AND LENS CARE PRODUCTS COULD RESULT IN CORNEAL INFECTION AND/OR ULCER AND LEAD TO LOSS OF VISION. It is essential that you follow your eye care practitioner’s directions and all labeling instructions for proper use of lenses and lens care products, including the lens case.

multi-purpose solution is a sterile, isotonic solution that contains poloxamine, poloxamer 181, diglycine, sodium citrate, boric acid, sodium borate, edetate disodium and sodium chloride and preserved with a triple disinfectant system (polyaminopropyl biguanide 0.00005%, polyquaternium 0.00015% and alexidine 0.0002%).
