HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ACTUAL WRIST SIZE (Note: its different from band size).
You can easily measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or loose piece of rope.
Just wrap around wrist for a snug fit and then measure the length.
Please don't add any extra length, we'll add length to the wrist size for a comfortable fit.
Male average wrist size: 7" to 8"
Female average wrist size: 6" to 7"
We cannot be responsible for wrong size band sent out to you, do to wrong size details provided by the customer.  If you would like your band to be looser or tighter just let us know and we'll make it that way.  Otherwise we'll make it fit based on the actual wrist size provided.

I personally have used this in many instances while camping and rafting.  My bracelet came in handy when i forgot to bring rope to tie down our raft.   Unraveled the Survival Band and had 14ft ot cord to tie the raft down.
The rubber  band in my sons pants broke during a  friends b-day part and since he is only 3 no belt was warn as pants are fitted for kids.  I used the bracelet to make him a quick belt with a clip and save him from dragging his pants around for the rest of the night.  Also it was a great conversation topic for the rest of the night.  Some people were amazed.
