Here's A BEAUTIFUL, EARLY
1969 base AZ license plate with mint 1970 registration sticker.
NOTE; The '70 sticker is hard to find in nice condition as they are typically baked beneath the '72 and '71.
This is a very early K series. Probably issued in late 1969 for a 1970 model car. The shine is much nicer in person!
FYI, AZ did not issue a new, embossed "dated" plate in 1970 1971 or 1972. Only the AZ70 AZ71 OR AZ72 stickers added to a 1969 base plate.
This one is NOT yet clear for re-registration on your 1969-72 classic car. Great for birth year run or front of your classic ride, (where allowable
by law).
